Once you are approved for a refund, your credit card or original method of payment will automatically be credited within a certain number of days.
If you have not received a refund yet, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund shows up. Lastly, contact your bank. Services purchased at regular prices are eligible for refunds, but those purchased at sales prices are not.
